This comes after his alleged divorce from Joana Sanz.
Sanz reportedly announced her breakup with Alves on Instagram.
Due to an alleged sexual assault, Alves has been incarcerated since January 2023.
Alves reportedly told his fellow prisoners that his wife loved him and was there for him despite the major sexual assault claims.
The player "is utterly saddened and quite nervous" right now, though.
Alves had shared a cell with another prisoner, but now he is on his own and "wants to be locked up" the entire time.
The trial for Alves has not yet been scheduled.
