Fbi Arrest Alaska Man For Threatening To Kill Us Senator

An Alaska man Arther Graham, 46, of Kenai, was taken into custody by the FBI this week after allegedly sending a chilling threat to "hunt down" and murder an unnamed U.S. Senator, while also expressing an intention to wear the Senator's skin as clothing, according to U.S. Attorney S. Lane Tucker for the District of Alaska. The disturbing message, sent on September 28, reportedly conveyed Graham's dire situation, including his impending eviction and homelessness. In an unsettling revelation, Graham identified himself in the threat, providing his name, phone number, and address within the communication. "I'm in the dark here. Until I get new information [United States Senator 1], my plan is ima' hunt you down, cut the flesh off your body and wear your skin like clothes. I'll live inside of YOU. I may as well because I ain't got nowhere else to live," the message stated, as documented in court records. Upon receiving the threatening message via the Senator's website, the Senator's staff promptly reported it to the U.S. Capitol Police, who initiated an investigation. Special agents from both the U.S. Capitol Police and the FBI visited Graham's residence on October 30. During their visit, Graham allegedly confessed to sending the disturbing message and acknowledged that he was aware it was illegal to do so, according to official documents.
