Nnamdi Kanu, the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, urgently requires ear surgery, according to Biafra agitator Simon Ekpa on Wednesday.He claims that the torture-related ear condition he had has been bothering him in his left ear.
"MNK has instructed me to let Nigerians, Biafrans, and all human rights organizations know that the ear condition, which was inflicted on him as a result of torture has been disturbing him on his left ear," Ekpa wrote on his Twitter account in order to make this information public.
Ekpa said that the Department of State Services had verified the necessity for immediate surgery since he was in excruciating agony and was unable to sleep.
He said, "The DSS has summoned a doctor, who verified that urgent surgery is required because he is in great agony and is unable to sleep."
