Presidential Election Tribunal To Deliver Judgement On Peter Obi, Atiku's In Abuja

On September 6, the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja will deliver judgment on petitions challenging the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February elections in Nigeria.

Further reports have it that judgment will be delivered on the petitions filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party on the same day. Also, out of the 28 states where the governorship elections were held, 25 results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission are being contested at the tribunal.
