Popular Blogger, and filmmaker Linda Ikeji announces the release of her second feature film, following the success of Dark October.
She revealed this on her blog site and social media pages. The film, titled "The Night of June 7th", which is inspired by true events will be released in 2024 according to the blogger.
It was written and produced by Linda Ikeji and directed by Toka McBaror.
The film features an array of popular movie stars and some new talents: Gideon Okeke, Femi Branch, Ali Nuhu, Nura Mc-Khan, April Chidinma, and other equally talented cast members brought their A-game to this project, making it a masterpiece.
Linda Ifeoma Ikeji Nigerian blogger, writer, entrepreneur, and former model well known for her blog and controversial publications online.
Ikeji started blogging in 2006 and became an active blogger in 2007 using a blogger sub-domain lindaikeji.blogspot.com and later obtained her domain www.lindaikejisblog.com. She also ventured into online radio broadcasting. The station is operated from the Linda Ikeji Media Office. Some of its programs are broadcast live on Linda Ikeji TV.
Ikeji also opened a music platform known as LindaIkeji Music which was launched on 21 November 2016, but it became dormant three months after the Launch.
In 2023, Ikeji made her debut in Nigerian film production, by producing her first movie titled Dark October which centered on the Aluu Four lynching story.
